Charlie Hoppes, Seattle Magazine’s reigning 2013 Winemaker of the Year, now leads the winemaking for our boutique family operation near Red Mountain. 100% syrah from Gamache and West Hills vineyards.  The result is a luxurious bottling that's brimming with barrel notes of caramel and vanilla. An underlying touch of mouthwatering spiciness of black licorice and clove along with hints of sweet plum, black cherry and blackberry. Inside is a rich entry of Rainier cherry, brambleberry and plums with racy acidity and tannins on the finish.
