Experience Club Terms of Service
1. Membership and Quarterly Payments
- By joining Anelare’s Experience Club, you agree to be charged $100 (plus applicable taxes, if any) every quarter on your credit card on file.
- Payments are recurring and automatic unless canceled in accordance with Section 5 below.
- Each quarterly payment adds $100 in credits to your account, which can be redeemed for wine bottles, food, on premise consumption, or experiences at our winery.
2. Credit Usage and Redemption
- Credits may be used at any time for eligible purchases or services at our winery location in Washington State.
- Redemptions are subject to availability and our standard pricing (e.g., credits apply at face value toward your member price or retail price of items or experiences). - Credits can be used by the member or transferred to others with your permission, but all users must be 21 years of age or older for alcohol-related redemptions.
- No cash refunds for unused credits except as required by law.
3. Credit Expiration and Fees
- **No Expiration:** In compliance with Washington State law (RCW 19.240), your credits do not expire. You may redeem them at any time, even if your membership is inactive or canceled.
- **No Dormancy or Service Fees:** We do not charge any fees for inactivity, dormancy, or maintenance on your credit balance, as prohibited by RCW 19.240 for gift certificates issued after January of 2026.
- Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. However, we encourage regular use to enjoy the full benefits of the Club—contact us if you need assistance accessing your balance.
4. Account Balances and Statements
- You can view your credit balance at any time via our website, app, or by requesting a statement in person or via email.
- We will send quarterly email reminders of your balance and upcoming charges.
- In the event of account closure or if credits remain unused for an extended period, they are not subject to escheatment to the state under current Washington unclaimed property laws (RCW 63.30), but we reserve the right to update these terms if laws change.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us in writing (email or mail) at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Upon cancellation, any unused credits remain available for redemption without expiration.
- No refunds for paid quarters, but pro-rated refunds may apply if required by law (e.g., for auto-renewal disclosure issues).
- We comply with Washington's Automatic Renewal Law (RCW 19.345) by providing clear disclosures of renewal terms at signup and reminders before each charge.
6. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of credits after changes constitutes acceptance.
- If any provision conflicts with Washington law, it will be modified to comply while preserving the intent.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. Disputes will be resolved in Benton County courts.
**Acceptance:** By enrolling and providing payment information, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. For questions, contact [Your Winery Contact Info].
